GetSentimate provides AI-powered analysis of YouTube video comments. We analyze sentiment, extract topics, and provide actionable insights to help content creators understand their audience better.

Account Terms

To use GetSentimate, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Not share your account with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Credit System

How Credits Work:

1 credit = 1 complete video analysis
Credits are purchased through one-time payments
Credits never expire
Credits are non-transferable
Unused credits cannot be refunded (see Refund Policy)

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Upload malicious code or viruses
Scrape or extract data beyond your own analysis
Resell or redistribute our service

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

Pay the stated price in your selected currency (INR or USD)
Provide accurate payment information
Accept that all sales are final (digital product)

Limitation of Liability

GetSentimate is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
